Here is a chance for your team to spend several days to develop stronger relationships because they want to become a cohesive unit.  Your desire is to be the number one team in the organization, industry, or in your field of expertise.  These things don’t happen by accident but, always happens with purpose.  Learn why you shouldn't surround yourself with people just like you. Spend the first day on assessment and interpretation, then a 1, 2 or 3 day workshop, which focuses on blends and team interaction. Wrap it up with a day of individual coaching.  Break into small groups  or teams specifically targeting areas of improvement.
