 In this basic Introduction to “Professional Dynamics”, we allow the staff to recognize Personality Styles and the common characteristics of Behavior Traits. We will learn the basic needs and motivational factors that influence decision making and communication styles.

3-4 hours

We will focus on understanding our own Personality Blend and the blend of other “team” members. We will develop and share a personal “Action Plan” as to our priorities, value, giftedness, ideal environment and fears.

“Individual and Interactive Dynamics”

1˝- 2 hours

This session will enhance our understanding of behavior tendencies. We will be able to broaden our communication ability by understanding another’s point of view as we become aware of the communication styles and perceptions of others. “Team @ Work”

3-4 hours

The goal of this guide is to work better with others by creating a new level of understanding. We will learn to apply ways to encourage team members and utilize their talents and abilities for greater productivity and better relationships.  Team @ Work

“Conflict Resolution”

1˝- 2 hours

This guide will identify areas of miscommunication, misunderstandings and adapting for better working relationships. We will identify types of conflicts, look at responses and strategies to resolve differences in order to reduce stress, increase productivity and improve communication. Conflict Resolution

Problem Solving Case Studies

1˝- 2 hours

This is a time when we will work with situations and discuss, as a “team”, issues that affect your performance and productivity. We will set up scenarios where participants can experience identifying with the different styles for understanding. Needs Specific Case Studies

 This session will address specific needs and scenarios that are challenging and directly related to your organization and day-to-day events.
