As the illustration shows, there are four basic
personality styles.
The "D" style is
Task-oriented and
Outgoing.
The "I" style is
People-oriented and
Outgoing.
The "S" style is
People-oriented and
Reserved.
The "C" style is
Task-oriented and
Reserved.
Our
interpretation of the DISC model does not assume that there are clearly
defined lines between each of these four styles. We understand that every
individual has a unique personality which consists of a blend of all four
basic styles. |
|
We've described each of the four basic personality
styles below that our Adult Assessment Profile is designed to measure.
Remember these four can be blended to reveal someone's unique
personality. You'll see why the DISC system is so easy to apply to your every day life!
