    In this basic Introduction to “Relationship Dynamics”, we allow the participants to recognize Personality Styles and the common characteristics of Behavior Traits. We will learn the basic needs and motivational factors that influence decision making and communication styles.

 

  • Understand Yourself and Others

    We will focus on understanding our own Personality Blend and the blend of other “team” members. We will develop and share a personal “Action Plan” as to our priorities, value, giftedness, ideal environment and fears. This information is useful in conflict resolution, but more importantly, conflict avoidance.

 

  • Presenting with Style

    When we recognize the different personalities of the audience, we can identify the “strengths, struggles and strategies” of each style to increase productivity and learning. This practical guide will assist in enriching an individual’s core ability to meet the needs and different personalities of the audience. This will help raise productivity and reduce stress in the environment.
     
  • Team @ Work  

    The goal of this session is to work better with others by creating a new level of understanding and respect for cultural differences. We will learn to apply ways to encourage team members to utilize their talents and abilities for greater productivity and better relationships within their work climate. This is a progressive course and requires an Adult Profile Assessment for each participant, and a good understanding of positive personality profiles.
     
  • Leadership @ Work

    As a leader it's your goal to have your team work smoothly, efficiently and productively.  The difficult part is ensuring you are the example for them to follow.

 

  • Time Tips

    How do different personalities view time management.  Learn how to effectively prioritize your time.  There will be time tips for all types of people.
    Learn when and how to say no politely.  Learn techniques for getting tasks and projects done in a timely fashion.  And you'll discover the tools to effective time management.
     

 

  • Selling with Style

    We should recognize the different personalities of our clients, we can identify the “strengths, struggles and strategies” of each buying style to increase productivity and sales. This practical guide will assist in enriching an individual’s core ability to meet the needs and different personalities of the client. This will help raise productivity and reduce stress in your workplace.
